The first (left) is in a dried loose organic whole food form containing leaves and stems. The recommendations are to use One Teaspoon, 1 or 2 times daily before a meal.This mixture can be prepared as a tea, added to juice, or sprinkled over salads and other foods. The package weighs 60g and is approximately a month's supply.
Ashitaba Green also comes in capsules (right). The same dried loose organic whole food form containing leaves and stems contained in vegetable capsules. Take 4 to 5 capsules before a meal, one or two times a day, with water. Each bottle contains 120 capsules.
